Adeline Tan MSc MCSP

Adeline Tan has a wealth of experience. Graduating from Nanyang Polytechnic 1999 and subsequently from the University of Sydney, Australia in 2001, she has a wealth of experience treating injuries.

She also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from Curtin University of Technology, Australia in 2002 and a Masters in Orthopaedic Medicine from the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine, UK in 2012.

Adeline has worked in Singapore and Scotland,  has extensive experience in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal conditions and has vast experience in using rehabilitation pilates, acupuncture and corticosteroid injection therapy as part of her treatments.

Added to this, Adeline has a special interest in treating cervico-genic headaches and migraines using the Watson Headache Technique.

Adeline is also an expert in both Ante-natal and Post-natal conditions.
